Detailed job description - Skill Set:
Mandatory skills*
• Exposure to BDD test Automation using Specflow and to write automated acceptance tests
• Exposure to Applications built in C#, .net and WPF
• Should be senior enough to liaise with the Business (Trading Operations/Analytics) and to extract manual UAT practices
Total Yrs of Experience:8+ years
Relevant Yrs of Experience:6+ years
Detailed JD *(Roles and Responsibilities)
Skillsets:
• Hands on experience in development and implementation of BDD test automation framework using Specflow. Creating features files and step definitions
• Strong SQL server database skills to run queries, joins, stored procedures
• Strong coding experience in C# .net
• Should be senior enough to liaise with the Business (Trading Operations/Analytics) .
• Hands on experience in writing Test Strategies for projects and complex programs
• Hands on experience of Agile with Scrum frameworks
• A proven track record executing test activities on complex projects
Preferred
• Overall 8+ years automation testing experience
• Experience of at least 5years in BDD - Hands on and implementing BDD across projects ( Specflow etc.) including creation of the automation frameworks.
• Experience of at least 5 years in leading testing projects in agile delivery model.
• Experience of at least 3 years with one or various automation tools - Specflow, Selenium
• Experience in managing multiple teams spanning across design, development, architecture, business users and QA
• Experience of working in Energy Trading (preferable)
• Experience in developing presentations for prospects - Capability as well as focused solution
• Experience in reviewing projects and provide recommendation on testing - process, tools, environments
