• ASP.Net, C# 2.0/3.5/4.0, Web Services, WCF, IIS6/7.5/8, Asp.net Ajax, JQuery, Javascript, Bootstrap and html5,Oracle, PLSQL, OOPS concepts Should be having strong hands on experience in development.
• Should be strong in doing Impact Analysis. Resource should have solid experience OOAD and Design Patterns.
• Meeting with Business and understanding requirements.
• Should work under the guidance of Technical Manager from onsite.
• Ability to perform assessments and providing estimations.
• Manage Team by creating a trust oriented environment and open communication.
• Experience in leading the team as Tech Lead Requires documentation knowledge like system requirement, Design Specification. Knowledge of source code management tools like TFS. Strong communication Skill and experience in interacting with the clients. knowledge of new technologies in Web as well as in Mobility.
