 Should be strong in Core Java (JDK 7 or 8) and OOPs concepts.  Good at Tomcat, Basic Linux commands, unit testing and CI/CD processes.  Should have idea on Spring, hibernate , restful services and spring boot.  Idea on open-stack /open-shift / Micro services is optional but if the candidate has idea then it is a plus point.
