Responsibilities:
UI Developer role develops the visual layout for our products with the goal of delivering end-users the easiest, fastest, and most pleasing experience possible. The UI Developer is responsible for maintaining end-user empathy, designing graphics, and building interaction flows.
Collect, Prioritize, & Analyze business requirements, end-user goals, and technical goals and translate them into technical/functional requirements, prototypes, user-flows, &/or mockups.
Recommend system changes/enhancements and facilitate agreement from the appropriate stakeholder communities.
Support research, analysis and development of unscoped implementations..
Define, receive, monitor, and deliver tasks autonomously, working independently with a focus on collaboration.
Report daily progress to community online, notifying of project impediments and working quickly & diligently to resolve with appropriate team members, stakeholders, partners, vendors, and community members with empathy, care, and respect for the diverse & decentralized nature of our workforce
Focus on building pleasurable and functional front-end experiences and demonstrable passion to contribute
Skills/Requirements:
Deep knowledge and experience with HTML5, CSS3
Skills with JavaScript, jQuery, Node.js, AngularJS (2+), React, Git
Background in front-end and full-stack development and delivering highly quality products
Understanding of libraries with Restful & GraphQL API wrappers is desired.
Professional Experience of 3-4 years in related field.
Contributions to open source community and knowledge sharing
Front-end and Full-stack experience
