This position will work with our business partners and stakeholders to develop directory service solutions to suit their needs Essential Responsibilities: • Responsible for the development and support of directory services identity applications and processes • Identify new opportunities to drive system improvements and simplification  • Ensure solutions are compliant with security, compliance, architecture and technology standards • Create and maintain system documentation for identity directory service solutions Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree with minimum 6 years of experience in Information Technology OR in lieu of the Bachelor’s degree, High School diploma and minimum 8 years of experience in Information Technology in hands on technical role • Minimum 4 years of experience in PowerShell, .NET, C# and RDBMS development, systems and frameworks • Minimum 2 years of experience working with SAML, oAuth 2, Active Directory and network protocols Desired Characteristics • Familiarity with identity management provisioning systems (e.g. Sailpoint) • Solid communication skills, highly motivated and demonstrate high level of initiative • Experience with Ruby/Rails and Node.js development, systems and frameworks • Experience with QA duties is a plus (usability testing, performance testing, automated testing, test scripts, test cases and test plans) • Experience working with systems automation and integration technologies (Chef) in an agile methodology and/or using lean techniques preferred • Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to influence clients, team members, management and external groups • Experience with API development and knowledge of microservice architecture • Experience with cloud-based, SaaS/PaaS, technologies is a plus sikruti@credencehrservices.com Sikruti P.
