Job Description Summary: The AVP, Directory Services Engineer will be a key subject matter expert to drive design, development
and support services for identity directory services. This position will work with our business partners and
stakeholders to develop directory service solutions to suit their needs
Essential Responsibilities:
⢠Responsible for the development and support of directory services identity applications and processes
⢠Identify new opportunities to drive system improvements and simplification
⢠Ensure solutions are compliant with security, compliance, architecture and technology standards
⢠Create and maintain system documentation for identity directory service solutions
Required Qualifications
⢠Bachelorâs degree with minimum 6 years of experience in Information Technology OR in lieu of the Bachelorâs
degree, High School diploma and minimum 8 years of experience in Information Technology in hands on
technical role
⢠Minimum 4 years of experience in PowerShell, .NET, C# and RDBMS development, systems and frameworks
⢠Minimum 2 years of experience working with SAML, oAuth 2, Active Directory and network protocols
Desired Characteristics
⢠Familiarity with identity management provisioning systems (e.g. Sailpoint)
⢠Solid communication skills, highly motivated and demonstrate high level of initiative
⢠Experience with Ruby/Rails and Node.js development, systems and frameworks
⢠Experience with QA duties is a plus (usability testing, performance testing, automated testing, test scripts, test
cases and test plans)
⢠Experience working with systems automation and integration technologies (Chef) in an agile methodology
and/or using lean techniques preferred
⢠Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to influence clients, team members, management and external
groups
⢠Experience with API development and knowledge of microservice architecture
⢠Experience with cloud-based, SaaS/PaaS, technologies is a plus
