| | | Asentech is looking for Tech Lead to join the development team at Pune location.
Position : Tech Lead
Location: Pune
Work Timing: 3 pm to 12 am shift
REQUIREMENTS
Roles & Responsibilities
- Establish and follow an appropriate SCRUM/Agile based development process.
- Create technical documentation and lead the team to high standards of documentation.
- Ensure efficiency of technical team by giving them technical advice along the delivery process .
- Deliver proof of concepts to validates technical choices .
- Promotes knowledge sharing and continuous learning withing the team.
- Set new standards by following market trends and introduce new technologies to the team.
Experience:- 7 to 10 years of experience in Technical Design and developing loosely coupled and scalable responsive and multi-tiered web applications using: C#, MVC, ASP.Net,Javscript, XML, SQL, JQuery, JSON, Angular JS.
- Lead a team of developers to deliver & maintain state of the art applications.
- Excellent problem solving aptitude.
- Understand client requirements and create design artefacts using OOAD concepts and UML.
- In depth knowledge of OOPS and Design patterns.
Qualifications:- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field.
