We are looking for Team Lead/Project Lead with expertise on Java, Adobe Flex and database. Please refer to below details:

Location: Mindspace, Goregaon (w)
Technology Stack: Adobe Flex 4.5 , Action Script , J2EE, Sybase / SQL Database procedures, Web Services - SOAP / REST, Struts, Servlets, JSP, Spring, Hibernate, JavaScript (Mandatory), HTML, CSS, Jboss / Tomcat / Apache
Desired Profile:
- 6 years experience on Java/J2EE and 2+ years on Adobe Flex.
- Shall have worked on Adoble Flex 4x; Action scripts
- Should be good in UI and scripting using JavaScript/jQuery, HTML & CSS
- Must have experience on webservices (SOAP/REST). Code review.
- Ability to write SQL queries and stored procedures for SQL Server/Sybase database.
- Shall have working experience on any Web Application Server
- Good communication and team leading skills.
- Shall be BE/B.Tech (Computers)/MCA graduate
Key Responsibilities: He/She should be responsible for:
- Managing the delivery of multiple complex simultaneous system development projects from design through to release
- Capable of understanding and contributing to the technical solution from design through to code level
- Working closely with Project Managers and Business Analysts to produce accurate delivery estimates and manage the transition from analysis through to design and delivery.
- Participate in reviews and meetings and provide updates on project delivery progress
- Work closely with relevant teams internally to ensure alignment and coordination across operations as part of the seamless implementation of existing and new systems
- Take responsibility for making key decisions to ensure the successful implementation of all initiatives.
- Contribute towards technology roadmaps.
- Work towards bimodal delivery of application.
- Ability to lead the team to successful delivery of the solution envisaged
