Job Description
The Tech/Dev Lead plays a key role in the day-to-day management and delivery of development activities assigned to client projects. This role is a technically proficient leader that has very strong team management, team mentoring, team development and overall client and team communication skills.
The Commerce Tech/Dev Lead will be responsible for:
• Responsible for working with the development team and coordinating day to day activities in ensuring project budget and timelines
• Coordination and collaboration with Solutions and Enterprise Architects to ensure alignment and scope validation
• VSTS, JIRA and Git Hub management for project team solutions, tasks and work breakdown schedules
• Coordination with Project Management for task breakdown and effort analysis
• Lead technical design sessions, architect and document technical solutions that are aligned with client business objectives.
• Manage the technical delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of a Commerce implementation.
• Provide hands-on code, expert-level technical assistance to developers.
• Lead and Manage project scrums to ensure quality in delivery and process.
• Conduct code reviews for ongoing projects to ensure that code quality is at the highest level possible and appropriate design patterns are being used.
It is important that the Commerce Tech/Dev Lead have a strong and diverse background in not only software development projects but can also bring to bear the requisite client-facing soft skills that foster positive communications and trust with clients.
Responsibilities
• Ensure alignment between IT and business realms; strive for transparency and open communications across both groups.
• Work closely with the Enterprise and Solution Architects to analyze/document current and future state technical architecture and design models, detail technical requirements and architectural roadmaps, and conduct technical analysis of client current state technologies.
• The Tech/Dev Lead will be responsible for moving the projects through the development lifecycle and then working with the discipline leads to get testing plan and deployment methodologies defined and proven, as well as managing client reviews and securing client sign off on the projects code delivery.
• Will have responsibility for the quality and timely delivery of the technical solution.
• Consider both Technology and Organizational factors in your work including:
o Technical Factors: IT Operations, Technology Decisions
o Organizational Factors: Culture, Supportable, Business Drivers
• Exercise strong critical thinking skills; think quickly and “on your toes”.

Required Education
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Computer Science (preferred) or related field
Minimum Requirements
• Experience in implementing Commerce solutions in multiple technologies such as Sitecore, Episerver or custom solutions â€" have at least 2-5 implementations of transactional Commerce sites.
• 5+ years of development in client-side scripting (JavaScript, CSS, HTML, Ajax, JSON)
• 5+ years of web application and web site development in C# (Commerce sites, portals, mobile sites)
• Proven track record understanding client requirements and translating them into actionable development deliverables
• Experience developing complex Integration Solutions is considered a plus (middle-tier applications)
• Experience in working with junior resources to ensure knowledge transfer and expertise buildup.
• Experience working with geographically dispersed highly motivated and innovative teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills between both the customer and all levels within the organization are required
• 3 or more years of Commerce development responsibilities specifically in a lead or Senior Development role of managing and delivering application development projects.

2. SharePoint Developer:
Job Description
The Rightpoint Senior SharePoint Developer will be responsible for building and maintaining custom solutions on O365 and 2013 â€" 2016 on premises farms using the Microsoft “stack” (ASP.NET, Azure, and C#). This individual collaborates extensively with other developers and architects, as well as experienced project managers, user experience specialists, visual designers, analysts, and client resources to build enterprise systems that improve collaboration, business productivity, and support business operations. The Senior Developer will also be expected to own the detailed design and delivery of certain aspects of the solution and mentor junior teammates. It is important that candidates have a strong background in building beautiful, scalable, maintainable, high-quality, and high-performing web applications.
Responsibilities
• Create rich web user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and TypeScript/JavaScript (specifically jQuery and JavaScript frameworks such as React and Angular).
• Create elegant and performant server-side functionality using ASP.NET Web Forms, ASP.NET MVC, CSOM (SharePoint C# Object Model), and the SharePoint server-side API.
• Oversee unit and system testing, focused on features.
• Create, facilitate, and monitor results of acceptance testing procedures.
• Create and facilitate performance and load testing procedures and issue remediation.
• Transition projects to ongoing support/maintenance teams.
• Be able to perform custom deployments using PnP and/or PowerShell.
Required Skills and Abilities
• Have at least three years of experience customizing SharePoint platform with JavaScript and C#.
• Have at least two years of experience administering and monitoring SharePoint with central administration (and/or O365 tenant administration).
• Have expertise in efficiently operating within Visual Studio and VSTS/TFS.
• Have expertise in object-oriented development, architectural patterns, and software development best practices.
• Be able to collaborate with project team members and key client stakeholders to scope out projects. This includes facilitating work planning activities and technical envisioning activities that result in the execution of actionable and manageable phases of software development projects.

This person will work with a team (of approximately 3-8 people) of experienced project managers, user experience consultants, visual designers, analysts, developers, and business resources to build enterprise systems that improve business productivity and support operations. It is important that candidates have a strong background in building beautiful, maintainable, high-quality, and high-performing web applications.
Responsibilities
• Contribute to requirements gathering and analysis activities such as storyboarding, developing use cases, and creating functional requirements specifications.
• Contribute to creating feature specifications and technical design blueprints.
• Develop custom features in Visual Studio based on specifications and technical designs.
• Operate within the dynamics of a team; exercise proper etiquette and citizenship during “team development” sprints.

The Managed Services Architect will be responsible for maintaining internal and external facing web applications for Rightpoint's clients using the Microsoft “stack” including ASP.NET as well as client-side browser technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript). This person will work with a team (of approximately 3-8 people) of experienced project managers, user experience consultants, visual designers, analysts, developers, and business resources to support enterprise systems that improve business productivity and support operations. It is important that candidates have a strong background in building and supporting beautiful, maintainable, high-quality, and high-performing web applications.
In addition to the day-to-day support of systems, the Managed Services Architect will also serve as an advisor to clients, providing strategies to help achieve their short-term and long-term goals on their platform(s). Behind the scenes, this person will work to improve the underlying solutions by identifying opportunities to eliminate technical debt, implement optimizations to the architecture, apply updates in technologies to improve efficiency, etc. As part of the Managed Services group, this person will drive initiatives to help improve operations, while also mentoring and coaching junior team members.
