Job Summary:
The candidate will be responsible for managing the product development teams and responsible for assigning the tasks to the team , follow up to do the task with in time .
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for leading product development engineering teams, ensuring assigned project goals and objectives are achieved while following established development procedures.
2. Responsible for leading cross-functional teams that coordinate the activities of other groups for the successful introduction of new products.
3. Work collaboratively with Business Development to define product requirements.
4. Education & Experience: Bachelors degree in a relevant engineering or science discipline and 6 to 7 + years Project Management Experience.
5. Strong project management and organizational skills.
6. Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to drive for results
7. Strong communications skills with the ability to work in a team-based setting.
8. Strong analytical skills.
9. Demonstrated ability to lead and assign the tasks to team and ensure the task should be done in time.
10. Nice to have Health care /Public health domain experience.
11. Hands on the Project Management tools like MPP, Visio, Jira, etc..
Preferred:
PMP Certified and Hands on MPP(Microsoft Project Management tool).
