Adobe Flex Lead Developer
Experience : 6+
Location : Mindspace, Goregaon (w)
No of Positions: 1
Technology Stack: Adobe Flex 4.5 , Action Script , J2EE, Sybase / SQL Database procedures, Web Services - SOAP / REST, Struts, Servlets, JSP, Spring, Hibernate, JavaScript (Mandatory), HTML, CSS, Jboss / Tomcat / Apache
Desired Profile:
6+ years experience on Java/J2EE and 2+ years on Adobe Flex.
Must have prior experience on managing team of 5+ members
Shall have experience/knowledge on project management
Shall have worked on Adoble Flex 4x; Action scripts
Should be good in UI and scripting using JavaScript/jQuery, HTML & CSS
Must have experience on core java with multithreading, transaction management, webservices (SOAP/REST). Code review.
Ability to write SQL queries and stored procedures for SQL Server/Sybase database.
Shall have working experience on any Web Application Server
Good communication and team leading skills.
Shall be BE/B.Tech (Computers)/MCA graduate
Key Responsibilities: He/She should be responsible for:
Managing the delivery of multiple complex simultaneous system development projects from design through to release
Capable of understanding and contributing to the technical solution from design through to code level
Working closely with Project Managers and Business Analysts to produce accurate delivery estimates and manage the transition from analysis through to design and delivery.
Participate in reviews and meetings and provide updates on project delivery progress
Work closely with relevant teams internally to ensure alignment and coordination across operations as part of the seamless implementation of existing and new systems
Take responsibility for making key decisions to ensure the successful implementation of all initiatives.
Contribute towards technology roadmaps.
Work towards bimodal delivery of application.
Ability to lead the team to successful delivery of the solution envisaged
