| | - 8+ years as SAP Basis Manager should have managed SAP Technical Application Management projects
- 6+ years of hands-on experience on of SAP Basis and SQL Domain
- Knowledge of any SAP New Dimension products like BW, APO, CRM, SRM, XI, ECC, MO or Solution Manager
- Responsible for the overall operational accountability by adhering to the SLAs and YOY productivity with high-quality deliverables leads to high customer satisfaction
- Lead the offshore delivery team comprising tech leads and team members
- Contribute to the establishment and promotion of a culture which promotes quality of work, service orientation and flexibility utilizing industry best practices
- Good knowledge of Project Management, ITIL and CMMI Level 5 processes
- Significant Delivery experience working with International clients for SAP Technical Application Management Services
- Experience in delivery of large-scale customer services to expected SLAs, for both Application Development and Maintenance
