They are integrating all Group Cos. of them to project a unified front to Customers with an initial loyalty program, followed by Building a CRM for the group and enhancing User experience. JOB ROLE: • Group Customer database management. • IT Architecture: Servers & Hardware configurations for company’s group initiatives. • Optimisation of costs for all recurring & capex items. • Customer data Security. • BCP & DR. • Risk mitigation review of Service Providers. • Statutory & Internal compliances. • Analytics support for group. • Handling IT projects and fulfilling the stakeholder needs with current technology. • Vendor management. • Adhering to the IS Security Policies. • Harness and align new technology with the Group business requirement for process improvement and enhanced productivity. • Setting up Database structures with high levels of data security for the group. SKILL SET: • Should be willing to work hands on with technical teams. • Design & execution of enterprise wide business applications. • The candidate despite the managerial position should show the willingness to work with technical teams for trouble shooting, work with operations on production support, work on implementation including and not limited to resolving operational bottlenecks and sustaining the solution.
