Job Description: GENERAL SUMMARY:8-10 Yrs. Plans, monitors and manages internal projects, programs from initiation through completion.
Leads and owns all reviews. Institutionalizes process to streamline operations in various areas.
Escalates issues on time and works towards tangible results with little or no follow-up required.
Stays up-to-date on industry trends and changing landscape of Indian R&D centers and brings in this perspective while program managing initiatives across the org.
Networks well with Business Leaders and identifies best practices across teams and suggests improvements.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Develops, defines and leads execution of programs related to business operations.
Oversees project/program goals and prioritization setting.
Evaluates and recommends techniques and practices that ensure goal achievement.
Resolves complex problems, anticipates change and redirects efforts as necessary.
Influences and manages continuous improvement of project/program process, practices and initiatives Program Manages center level initiatives; sets goals and works with cross functional teams to roll out key programs Oversees engagements with vendors/partners as required.
Establishes and conducts periodic reviews with businesses and functions and tracks actions to closure.
Makes recommendations for best practices as required Provides work direction, training and development of team members.
