Total of 9+ years of experience with Java technologies
Consult on approach and analyse and propose optimum solutions within a team of peers
Analyze performance and make recommendations for improvement
Provides technical direction for the development, design, and systems integration for client engagement from definition phase through implementation.
Applies significant knowledge of industry trends and developments to improve service to our clients.
Owns the development lifecycle and is responsible for managing all the risks throughout the project.
Consistently delivers high-quality services to our clients.
Proven experience in Pre-sales activities like demonstrations to the customers and providing the immediate solutions to the customer problems.
Delivers engaging, informative, well organized presentations.
Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion.
Communicates effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative technical solutions.
Good presentation skills
Strong customer Interface and interpersonal skills
Excellent verbal/written communication
Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
