Required Qualifications:
*BE/BTech or equivalent
* 4 to 8 years of development experience preferably in a product development company.
*Strong knowledge of OOPS, Design Concepts, Core Java including Concurrency, Serialization, and Java Collections
*Need to be strong in Data Structures and Algorithms
*Strong understanding of RDBMS concepts and should be comfortable with one RDBMS product (Oracle, DB2, PostgreSQL, MS SQL, DB2 etc.)
*Ability to understand complex data relationships and rules-based systems.
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including poise in pressure situations
*Strong debugging skills.
*For establishing priorities; sets rational and understandable priorities
*Accountability: Takes responsibility for the assigned work and produces results as promised.
*Problem Solving: Possesses an analytical, problem solving orientation; logically identifies and analyzes problems.
*Utilizes technology-based tools and processes
*Continuous learning and development
*Results oriented: Understands the purpose of any work is to achieve the desired outcome.
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
*Strong Knowledge of J2EE technologies, J2EE frameworks, application servers like WAS, JBoss, Weblogic and Tomcat.
*Exposure to distributed system Environment with large-scale databases
*Exposure to cloud development and best practices
*Experience with Agile software development and TDD
*Strong understanding in multiple RDBMS technologies

*Exhibit strong technical knowledge in the areas of Core Java, Web, Core Engine, J2EE, SQL and other related technologies.
*Exhibit strong familiarity and understanding of the Agile development process and how to support the team and process in the role of Product Owner.

*Practice continuous improvement.
*Exhibit a hands-on, "get it done' operating style.
