Position: Tech Lead
1. Define & Implement Solution & Technical Architecture (for multiple projects preferably with Microsoft technology stacks)
2. Create High level and low level design for software products
3. Mentor the project developers in technology areas
4. Hands-on development on critical modules
5. Hands-on debugging skills
6. Exploring new technology trends and implementing best practices
7. Excellent problem solving skills
8. Expertise in Algorithm & Data Structure
Required Skills:
1. 10+ years’ experience on Microsoft Technology Stack (MVC 5/6, ASP.NET, ADO.NET, MVVM, Web API, Angular JS, Entity Framework 6, RESTFul Services, SQL Server 2012 R2, SHAREPOINT)
2. Must have architected at least one big successful software project/Product from the scratch
3. Hands on development experience on above technology stack (ASP.NET, ADO.NET, MVC 5/6, MVVM, Web API, Angular JS, Entity Framework 6, RESTFul Services, SQL Server 2012 R2, AWS /Microsoft Azure, SHAREPOINT)
4. Experience in Mobile/iOS development is a plus
5. Experience in Open Source frameworks is a plus
6. Exposure to deployment/network/servers is a must
7. Should have good learning skills and apply technologies to resolve problems and develop tools and applications.
8. Storyboard development using latest technologies (HTML5, Bootstrap, and Angular JS).
9. Conducting code reviews for the development team
10. Ability to work in a team as well as an individual.
11. Ability to work under pressure and maintain deadlines.
12. Good communication skills and Presentation skills
