Job Description:
The Technical Lead is a strong collaborator and acts as Trusted Advisor for Sales consulting team and a Trusted Partner for product engineering team. His/her role is critical to delivering value to our sales consultants and thereby enhancing the chances of deal conversion by way of technical thought leadership and excellent project management and resourcing acumen. Technical lead will function in a global setting and thereby requires excellent organizational skills and exhibit culture sensitivity.
Job responsibilities: - Acts as a BUILD Manager and Lead Sales Swarms executed in global team setting.
- Provides technical direction and best practices to be followed by the team.
- Have an advanced knowledge of the Pega 7 Platform Architecture and all platform design and implementation features.
- Performs Resource scheduling for various builds.
- Provides technical leadership in delivering REUSE and HARVEST of strategic customer demos
Job Requirement: - 8 to 10 years of experience in analysis, design, development, and application deployment of large scale Java centric enterprise application systems.
- Experience in J2EE (JSP, Servlets, Oracle and/or DB2 and MS/SQL)
- Strong OO experience
- Javascript, CSS, HTML experience is highly desired.
- Working experience in an agile/scrum team environment.
- Proficient with technology-based tools and processes
- Experience developing or working with Pre-sales or supporting sales
- Ability to interface with Solution and sales consulting and understand the sales methodology
