• 15+ yrs of experience.
• At least 3+yrs technical program management experience, with external customer facing.
• Very good experience on Dot net-latest versions and Architecture
• Techno-Functional expertise, Preferably from Product based companies.
• Excellent experience on Product Management & creating Product Road Map
• Should have experience in managing product releases and Versions
• Create and maintain project plans and objectives.
• Should have very strong technical, product, quality and software engineering skills.
• Lead status meetings with clients and key stakeholders to ensure that deliverables and finances are within expectations and reflected in the project plans accordingly.
• Lead planning sessions with the development teams.
• Hands on Experience on MPP.
• Must be able to drive clarity through complex dependencies & architectural challenges.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and effectively communicate across all levels of management.
• Hands on experience on agile/SCRUM development methodologies and software development lifecycle principles.
• highly metrics driven and prior experience on launching large and complex programs with high customer value, impact and tight timelines.
Desired skills
• Experience on MS. Project server
• Minimum 5 years of experience in .NET/SharePoint application development
• Pref, candidates with lesser notice period.
