Required experience - 9 - 14 yrs Role - Tech Lead Work location: Mumbai, Andheri (East), SEEPZ
Roles and Responsibilities - - Leads and/or provides expertise to project teams, including mentoring and guiding other team members
- Responsible for complex projects and solutions requiring analysis and in-depth evaluation of multiple factors
- Leads the investigation & resolution of complex systems/software problems
- Do design reviews, know and understand business systems and processes.
- Develop and maintain IT Software Systems using technologies such as (C#, WPF, WCF, MVC, ASP.NET & SQL DB, Web Services, Angular JS)
- Technical Code Reviews & Troubleshooting and guiding the team members on different aspects of technology
- Clearly communicate technical decisions to peers, managers and other stakeholders and achieve buy-in.
- Be hands on with respect to your modules and provide technical guidance to the team members
- Directs development & improvement of existing systems/software technologies, including methods, approaches & execution.
Required Skills - - Should have a minimum of 8 years experience in software development.
- Should have at least 2 years of experience as a senior technical lead providing solutions in the Microsoft technologies including Microsoft.NET
- Hands on experience on the following technologies Web forms and Win forms, .NET Framework 4.0 / 4.5, IIS, SQL Concepts, Very Strong OOPS Concepts, Visual Studio 2012 or later, C# development and deployment, Strong SOLID principles
- Experience in Design and architecture of .NET based applications - Experience in using appropriate design patterns - Experience in providing technical solutions to various project teams
- Experience in R&D and POC activities - Experience in OOAD with UML Modeling using tools like Rational Rose/XDE etc. - Experience in developing reusable .NET framework and reusable components
- Experience in creating design and coding guidelines for the projects - Experience in writing & review of Architectural solutions and design, component specifications, unit test specifications, Integration test specifications based on design and requirements documents.
- Team player with excellent communication.
- Exposure to customer interaction
- Should have used version control tools like TFS, CVS, SVN etc.
- Experience in Performance tuning of .NET applications
