Job Title:
Sr. Developer/Architect â€" Dotnet (server side)
Job Summary:
The role requires a seasoned .NET Senior Developer / Architect well adept in design and development of enterprise applications especially for financial domain. Will need to work with Senior Architects and deliver high quality code in fast paced environment. Able to create/implement best practices for various projects.
This is an immediate onsite opportunity for Abu Dhabi, UAE for a year.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Delivering projects with zero-variance performance.
• Writing and developing Design Components and associated Test plans.
• Assisting UAT and implementation.
• Mentor and develop the technical skills of other software developers.
SKILL REQUIREMENTS
• Able to write production quality code using C# .Net, WCF, SQL Server
• Experience on entire SDLC and Agile development practices for least 2-3 medium to high scale projects.
. Well versed with Modern engineering practices and tools
• Experience in creating technical design and implementing medium/high level complexity problem independently
• Well versed with NFR and Cross cutting concerns
• Sound knowledge of .NET platform, Data structures, design skills using n-tier architectures (scalability, multithreading, caching, business & data layers) or SOA based applications
• Experience in building frameworks and infrastructures that can be leveraged by the application development teams
• Extensive experience on developing large-scale systems using OO and Component (Distributed) based architecture
• Exposure in writing Server based applications like Windows Services, Console based server applications. GUI Development Skills
• Understanding of Message Exchange patterns like Broker, Publisher/Subscriber
• Experience in T-SQL Server, Performance optimization in SQL.
• Ability to write complex SQL queries with exception handling, nested transactions.
• Exposure to Data modeling and building at least one large scale project from scratch.
Nice to Have Skills:
• Knowledge of ETL tool Informatica and/or BMC Control-M Scheduling engine.
Soft Skills:
• Excellent communication skills
• Delivery focused
• Client interaction experience and onsite experience will be preferred
• Flexible and responsive work style
• Strong problem solving and analytical capabilities
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
Experience Guidelines:
7+ years on the above mentioned skills
Education:
Full Time Bachelor’s / Master’s degree (Science or Engineering preferred)
