⢠At least 8 years of working experience in application support and related environment.
Experience in MS Web Application Support (.Net, SharePoint, Dynamics, SQL server , IIS, C#, ASP.net, html, javascript )
Played strategic roles in the application support and enterprise application operations arena
Strategised and implemented various best practices in application support area at enterprise level
Created roadmap and other planning activities for enterprise and web based applications
⢠ITIL based support experience
⢠Excellent verbal and communication skills
⢠Excellent analytical and troubling shooting skills
⢠Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to deal calmly, positively, and professionally in tense or
elevated situations and with upset or frustrated customers
Role and Responsibility
Provide Application support & Deployment services
Ensure the maximum availability and minimal disruption to business continuity
Provide architectural input on design, development, implementation and strategy of major opportunities /solutions.
Drive and participate in solutions of technically complex migrations & integration opportunities and transition programs.
Work closely with line managers to organize team activities and develop the team resources.
Ensuring that all agreed targets, SLA's and Metrics are met.
Conducts regular service reviews with all interested parties to monitor business satisfaction with the service.
Provide technical lead, development expertise and leads strategy decisions on technical platform.
Monitors and oversees the overall performance of services which fall within their sphere of responsibility
Works in partnership with enterprise architecture, application delivery and support teams, quality services, technology operations, and associated 3rd party vendors to engineer and support the implementation of efficient, reliable, scalable, and well managed systems.
The scope of work includes the full technology stack from the Application down to the computer and network tiers across all technologies and platforms.
Responsible for identifying key performance indicators and associated thresholds on the capacity, availability, quality and efficiency of the engineered environments.
Strong in Incident and Problem Management process.
Possess good team spirit and is keen to learn.
Provide on-site and on-call support activities
