Job Description:-

The Role

To provide phone and email based technical support to Microsoft Customers and Partners, while ensuring customer satisfaction with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and other Microsoft products.

 

TOP RESPONSIBILITIES

Ø  The candidate will be providing technical support for the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Support organization, including but not limited to Premier and Professional customer and partners.

Ø  He/she will act as the primary technical contact, and deliver advanced technical troubleshooting and problem resolution for Corporate Customers including, issues escalated to the highest level of management.

Ø  Collaborate on cross-team and cross-product technical issues by working with resources from other groups as needed to resolve customer issues.

Ø  Collaborate with Technical Leads and escalation resources when appropriate.

Ø  The candidate will provide technical support including product technical training to peers as appropriate.

Ø  Candidate must be able to manage critical issues by setting customer expectations, devising and implementing action plans, and professionally communicating to all parties involved.

 

Basic Qualifications;

 

Ø  Working knowledge of the Microsoft technologies like IIS, SQL and SQL Reporting, SQL clustering, Active directory and Outlook.

Ø  Strong knowledge of operating systems including (Windows 2003 and 2008 Server, Windows XP, Vista and 7).

Ø  Superior Researching, Problem Solving and Troubleshooting Skills - Thinking logically and demonstrating use of available resources Excellent and demonstrated customer service skills

Ø  Must have sufficient technical depth to communicate with development and other internal organizations at a peer level.

Ø  Ability to enhance the technical expertise of peers via the development of product training, mentoring of new hires, and team content development.

Ø  Outstanding written and verbal communication.

Ø  Prior customer service and or support experience required.

Ø  Works well independently and in a team environment.

Ø  Passion for technology and learning.

Ø  MCP Certified in at least one of the Microsoft Technologies is an added advantage.

The position requires working in NIGHT SHIFTS and provides VOICE-BASED SUPPORT.
