Experience in MS Web Application Support (.Net, SharePoint, Dynamics, SQL server , IIS, C#, ASP.net, html, javascript ) Played strategic roles in the application support and enterprise application operations arena Strategised and implemented various best practices in application support area at enterprise level Created roadmap and other planning activities for enterprise and web based applications • ITIL based support experience • Excellent verbal and communication skills • Excellent analytical and troubling shooting skills • Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to deal calmly, positively, and professionally in tense or elevated situations and with upset or frustrated customers Other details of the Position:- • No of Positions Open: 5 • No of Interviews: 2 Technical Interviews must. • Mode of Interview; one level of F2F Interview is must.
