Technical Expectations: Driving the estimation process and establishing an estimation model. Experience in architecting highly scalable, distributed, robust web based applications will be preferred. Hands-on experience with one or more of the modern programming languages related to Java Technology. Deliver high level technical design documents. Oversee efforts to improve operational stability of team and software product by creating and monitoring operational dashboards to monitor and alert to system/platform problems and following up on action plans as a result of customer found issues. Mentor and guide software engineering teams of best practices around system/solution architecture and technical design.
