Job Type - Contract to Hire 5. Title/Designation : Technical Project Manager (Microsoft / .NET / SQL Server / Web Application â€" Product Development) Department : IT Work location : Coimbatore Experience : 10 - 14 years Educational Qualification: B. Sc (CSC), M. Sc ( CSC), B. Tech , B.E (IT) Skill: • Strong knowledge in OOPS, ASP.NET, C# and SQL Server 2008, Ajax, WCF. • Experience in Search Engines (Lucene.Net, Elastic Search, SOLAR), Design Patterns, MVC Architecture & ORM. • Designing and architecting of .NET framework using any of the database systems like SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL as an Architect & Project Manager Job description: • Experience in managing or developing products and solution, interfacing with all stakeholders • Should be technically sound and participate and contribute in functional specifications and Design Reviews with the team • Should be able to review code (.NET) of extremely critical modules • Responsible for projects/relationships and their delivery as per plan and associated performance measures • Manage scope, budget and project deliverables quality proactively. • Should have experience on project management tools â€" Microsoft Project, Visio • Should have experience on estimation techniques • Define Project plans, track the progress of project deliverables and milestones versus original goals, inclusive of managing inter team dependencies and program's critical path • Drive issue resolution and track project risks and manage them effectively • Requirement gathering, scope management, schedule management, cost & risk management on project • Experience in managing multiple projects concurrently • Experience in Requirements Gathering & Documentation, Risk & Issue Management • Project Reporting, Ability to present to Customers & manage Customer relationships • Test-tools for Unit-Testing, Tracing bugs / performance in online environment • Good people management skills should be a team player and be able to lead team of 30-40 Sr/Software developers across multiple projects for different clients.
