Must Have
Should be a good Techie, must worked on Java, Angular, DevOps and open source project. Should have good understanding of SDLS and Architecture. Must be from Development back ground. Team Handling. Financial understanding. Agile mythology. Delivery Management objectives in Onshore & Offshore Model for various clients across the globe Be single point of contact for delivery and be the advocate between Service Delivery and the Customer. Provide leadership and direction to Delivery teams. Handle Operational Issues related to delivery center Provide technical support and participate in the Change Control Board and/ or change control process. Drive/ participate and coordinate crisis management. Participate in account plan/ strategy As directed by the PE drive/ manage subcontractors/ third party providers
Key Responsibilities.
Technical Knowledge & Solutioning - Solid technical experience with enterprise-level software implementations. Able to identify key business objectives and provide solution recommendations while performing business process and management consulting analysis.
Project Management - Demonstrated ability to effectively drive positive change through holding others accountable for execution and results in a collaborative environment. Manage scope of projects from inception to closure. Define, develop, and actively manage implementation schedules and project budgets. Coordinate resources, prepare project teams for kickoff, ensure effective completion of project milestones, control project scope, and mitigate risks. Comply with project governance metrics that provide internal visibility of projects health. Work with Resource Management to ensure company-wide goals for resource utilization are achieved.
Customer Satisfaction - Strive to achieve a referenceable result from each project. Obtain a client satisfaction rating per project and achieve a score at or exceeding corporate target benchmark. Clearly define and articulate project risk items to client in a way that the risks are understood.
Quality Management - Ensure project consultants are delivering to configuration, development, and methodology standards. Promotes teamwork and culture of accountability. Provide quality project deliverables including kickoff presentations, project plans, status reports, budget burn reports, requirements and design documentation, and deployment plans. Assist in quality testing the application prior to user testing.
Sales Support - Support sales team in gathering requirements to develop a solution fit with a strong value proposition. Identify potential sales opportunities for the sales team. Contribute to the development of change order requests as needed. Cost and Efficiency A common fiscal responsibility of the service delivery manager is to ensure delivery processes are efficient and cost effective. To reduce costs and streamline the process without adversely impacting the client experience, he might eliminate paperwork, unnecessary service steps or non-value-added features. For technology service providers, an emphasis should be placed on the efficient delivery of hardware and software services. Some managers develop tiered pricing plans that let customers pay more for higher or more involved levels of service.
