Experience-
• Defines the vision of how the technical/Functional solutions will be implemented for client projects and ensures the integrity of the vision is maintained throughout the project’s development lifecycle. Communicates and presents technical/functional solutions to Infinite clients in early phases of projects or in responses to project proposals.• Translates requirements into the required technical/functional solution by defining and documenting the high-level logical components and overall technical solution characteristics in functional specifications and high-level designs.
• Drives the completion of low-level detailed designs and specifications and oversees the output of developers involved in design activities. Coordinates and conducts design reviews, and documents the results and tracks all issues to closure.
• Works with the Project Managers and/or Team Leads to validate the development approach and assumptions that underlie the project plan and work plan. Develops and reviews the project’s estimates and assumptions. Provides details regarding planning/development tasks and required skills for the development team.
• Experience Designing Product Architecture
• Performs hands on development and unit testing when necessary.
• Ensures the quality and integrity of all designs, including the adherence to standards, project technical requirements and .NET best practices. Identifies technical risks related to the design and drives the mitigation of those risks.
• Drives code reviews and approves unit test plans and results. Drives detailed test planning for Integration and System testing.
• Provides oversight and supervision of the development activities of the project development teams. Provides ongoing architectural support and trouble-shooting over the course of the entire project.
• Evaluates reported defects and oversees the correction of prioritized defects. Provides sign-off on final System/Integration testing from a technical perspective.
• Drives the .NET development capabilities of the organization’s .NET developers and center of excellence. Facilitates knowledge-sharing and the development of a sense of community within the .NET technical delivery staff.
• Drives the development of departmental technical standards, policies and procedures. Drives continuous improvement of the architecture, design and testing practices of the Project Delivery division. Advocates the use of best practices on projects, and coaches developers in their use.
• Monitory industry trends related to .NET development and Microsoft development tools in general to keep abreast of new technologies and changes that may benefit Infinite clients and the Project Delivery division.

• Knowledge of Continuous Integration, Test driven development & MS SharePoint.
• Knowledge of Power BI, SSIS, SSAS, and SSRS.
• Knowledge of Mobile Technology (xamarin and cordova)
• Extensive experience in designing Product Architecture.
• Participate in pre-sales activities including proposal development and presentation.
• Participate in R&D & POC creation on new technologies to support client and project team.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues, provide technical support to client team as needed.
• Ability to collaborate with peers and clients.
• Deep experience with formal software development processes and procedures is required.
• Demonstrated ability to create practical technology visions and solutions and communicate them to persons of varying technical knowledge; demonstrated ability to absorb and analyze new technologies and practices is also required.
• Experience in defining and implementing standards, processes and procedures for a software development environment is required.
• Prior experience in architecting/developing solutions in an onsite/offshore engagement model is highly desirable.
• Excellent application design, analysis and testing skills are required.
• A well-rounded understanding of strategy, technology development, operations and business processes is required.
