JD â€"Development Lead / Senior Software Design Engineer / Development Manager (Designation will be given considering current designation and interview performance)
- Bachelor's Degree in Comp Science or related field & minimum of 5+ Year of experience in the job offered
- Minimum 5+ Years of experience using .Net technology, AngularJS using SQL Server database.
- Strong hands on experience with enterprise level web applications and working with Visual Studio.
- Aware of the MVC design pattern on the server side as well as on the client side.
- Strong Database Management skills in SQL, RDBMS concepts & stored procedures with working experience on MSSQL server 2008
- Knowledge in JavaScript/JQuery/AJAX and frontend JavaScript frameworks like angular JS
- Creating test plans, performing Unit & user acceptance testing for the end customers to verify correct implementation of Program/Module Specs.
- Good communication skills.
- Experience with Atlassian JIRA or similar bug trackers Required
- Good understanding about performance of applications and how to design and tune with such considerations.
- Ability to contribute individually and work well with a team, work optimally under scheduled deadlines, and have passion for delivering high quality output.
- Excellent analysis skills and the ability to develop processes and methodologies
- Ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models, and technologies
- Excellent problem solving/Debugging skills
- Discussing technical aspects of the Web application solution architecture, including the technology used, methodology followed, and devices selected within internal groups and if required with customers.
- Preparing technical solution and architecture documents, artifacts, work products and presentations.
- Experience in developing reusable artifacts/frameworks, re-usable assets, Industry solutions, reference architecture, design, development and QA best practice
- Excellent communication skills.
