Skills:
 Over 7 years of experience in Database Design, Programming, Development and Implementation of Client-Server Applications & Database systems using MSSQL 2012/2008/2005.
 Over 4+ years of experience in Finance and Power Domain.
 Experience of coordinating with clients and ensuring the timely completion of projects.
 Experience of working on large set of data and managing database which are more than 100 of terabytes.
 Experience of mentoring and managing a team of 6 developers.
 Proficient in Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS).
 Active participation in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) specifically waterfall and Agile Scrum methodology.
 Expertise in Transact-SQL (DDL, DML, DCL) and in Design and Normalization of the database tables.
 Experience in implementing business logic using Functions, Indexes, Views and Stored procedures.
 Extensive Knowledge of advance query concepts (e.g. Sub queries, self-join and ranking functions.)
 Experience with tools like SQL Server management studio, SQL Server 2005/2008 integration (SSIS), SQL Server Profiler.
 Proficient in Tuning T-SQL queries to improve the database performance and availability.
 Experienced hands in Query tuning and performance tuning.
 Experience in monitoring SQL Server Performance using SQL Profiler, Index Tuning Wizard.
 Experience in Creating and Updating Clustered and Non-Clustered Indexes to keep up the SQL Server Performance.
 Experience with Source control tools like Team Foundation Server/ WinCvs.
 Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in technical writing and presentations and a good team player.
