	Greetings from HCL !!! We are hiring for Risk & Compliance Team. Interested candidates can send their resume at  swati.sr@hcl.com Below is the Job Description - 1.Candidate should have an understanding of general IT Control framework objectives, in particular risk assessment and control selection. 2.Should have working experience or minimal knowledge in any one of the compliance programs (PCI DSS, HIPPA, ISO 27001, SOC2, SOX,NIST,FISMA, COBIT) 3.Candidate should be able to conduct periodic risk assessments and drive integration of remediation efforts with the risk management process. 4.Should have good understanding of network and OS concepts. Well versed with access lists, operating system hardening standards, IT Infrastructure, DMZ architectures. 5, Candidates having certification such as CISA/CISSP/CISM / CRISC and ISO27001 are good to have. Note- Experience Required- 4yrs- 15yrs Role:   Other Industry Type:   IT-Software / Software Services Functional Area:   Other Keywords:   Cism, ISO 27001, Cisa, Cissp, PCI DSS, Risk Management, Risk Compliance
	Desired Candidate Profile
	Education:   (UG - B.Tech/B.E. - Computers) AND (PG - M.Tech - Computers) AND (Doctorate - Any Doctorate - Any Specialization, Doctorate Not Required) Candidate should have experience on: 1.Hands on General IT Control framework objectives, in particular risk assessment and control selection. 2. Experience on Information Risk Management/Information Security or Auditing. 3. Should have certifications or have working experience on any of the compliance program (PCI DSS, HIPPA, ISO 27001, SOC2, SOX,NIST,FISMA, COBIT). 4. Excellent Communication Skills. 5. Fresher's from M. tech (InfoSec)/MBA(InfoSec/ cyber forensic) can also apply.
