Strong Object Oriented concepts and knowledge of SOLID Principles and expertise in using and developing Design Patterns. Must have experience of working on large n-tier, distributed, enterprise level applications. Must be conversant with SOA. Hands on experience in designing at least two projects in SOA. Must have experience working in Agile Methodologies - Scrum /TDD (NUnit / MS Unit). Must have experience to conduct code reviews to ensure high quality of code that fits within architectural standards. Ability to understand the system context, conceptualise the business problems and be able to derive detail-level design and solution. Ability to Define and Design for given set of requirements and verify and validate architecture. Ability to choose and apply the right technologies, products, tools and framework. Excellent communication and innovative thinking abilities. Participate in early life-cycle of the project. Propose and review technical design as per specifications. Participate in key technical, functional and non-functional discussions actively.
