Job Description:
Requirement:
• Should have 8 to 12 years proven experience with hands-on UX design in business applications.
• Deep experience in designing complex interactions across web and mobile devices, as well as the ability to mentor additional design resources and evangelize user experience throughout the organization.
• Proactively engage with internal stakeholders to translate business requirements into elegant design solutions, while accounting for best practices, technical constraints, usability and project timelines.
• Should have strategic thinking in conjunction with superior design skills and interaction design expertise.
• Experience in managing/mentoring team members.
• Must have proven experience designing for mobile (iOS/Android) and responsive design.
• Must have a passion for staying current on web standards, design tools/trends, usability research and best practices
• Mastery of presentation-layer technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, Bootstrap, Angular, AJAX, etc.
• Should be able to provide portfolio to showcase UX design capabilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in working with teams in USA is a plus
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
Responsibilities
• Work with internal stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into user-friendly web and mobile device experiences
• Develop and enforce pattern libraries in order to expedite projects and ensure a consistent user experience
• Create wireframes, flowcharts, comps, and prototypes as required by product and development personnel
• Work closely with development team to ensure pixel-perfect design fidelity throughout the project lifecycle
• Advise on front-end technologies, libraries, and emerging trends in order to maintain a cutting-edge digital platform
• Advise and design solutions to accommodate multi-screen users and liquid/responsive layouts for data-intensive screens
• Manage and mentor additional design personnel to enhance professional growth
• Act as primary point-of-contact for all user experience-related topics
• Develop detailed design sprint plans as they relate to the overall corporate product roadmap
• Execute and deliver enterprise and SMB technical deliverables
Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree in related field such as Information Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Interface Design, or Computer/Information Science required
• Masters degree in related discipline a plus
