Position: Sr. Software Developer/ Tech Lead Developer.
Experience: 5 to 12 Years.

Working Days: Monday to Friday.

Job Description:
• Experience in .NET 3.5/4.0
• ASP .Net MVC, C#, Entity Framework, Javascript, Ajax/Jquery, SQL Server 2005/2008
• Good communication skills,
• Strong Analytical and Logical Skills.
• Knowledge of full lifecycle application development, Designing, coding and debugging applications.
• Knowledge of Development methodologies like Agile(Preferred), Waterfall.
• Knowledge of Unit testing framework (nUnit, Selenium etc.) preferred
• Good understanding of Object-oriented Design and Analysis (OOA and OOD).
• Knowledge of Design patterns and its implementation.
• Knowledge of Design principles like ( OCP, SRP, LSP, ISP, IOC, AOP etc, and clear understanding of implementation) is big plus.
• Responsible for overall code quality. Continuous refactoring and strive for better practices.
• Performance tuning, improvement, balancing, usability, automation.
