Zylog US Offer Recruitment Procedure, Policy & Process
If selected and offered as per the company policy you have to submit the originals certificates & passport with us, it will remain with us till the H1B Visa processing period. Passport will be returned to you when you go for Visa stamping & after H1B stamping the passport will be held by Zylog till the day we book the flight & Board the candidate to US You also have to Sign have to 2 years Employment agreement to work with Zylog USA, One of your family members should be the Guarantor in the agreement.
The US offer salary package Ranging would be anywhere between 60k-70k per annum + 2 weeks paid vacation, which would be fixed based on the following parameters.
1.Number of yrs experience
2.Core skills (J2EE or MS.NET)
3.Online test performance or Certifications on hand
4.Interview Performance
5.Communication skills
6.Education Background
7.Overseas Experience (US exp would add more weight age)
