Job Description:
5+ years of software development experience
4+ years in a .NET (preferably C#) web environment including Web Forms, MVC, WCF, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and XML.
3+ years in SQL database development with a good understanding of performance tuning (ideally in Oracle or other RDBMS)
Excellent coding ability and broad knowledge of software development process and technologies
Good working knowledge of Windows Servers & IIS
Experienced with multi-tier, enterprise applications and large relational databases
Experienced in an Agile environment, ideally Scrum
Ability to communicate with multiple stakeholders in technical and business areas
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to anticipate potential problems, determine and implement solutions
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Detail oriented, self-motivated, able to work independently, and committed to the highest standards of quality
Ability to work in a fast paced / changing environment
Ability to thrive in a deadline driven, stressful project environment
