Key Deliverables
- An excellent opportunity has arisen to join our Software Development department as hands on Development Team Lead. Leading a team of highly skilled developers and delivering complex internal system development projects across a variety of products and technologies.
- As an experienced Development Team Lead, should be willing to write the code & capable of leading development projects across predominantly Microsoft .Net and SQL Server based technologies.
- Managing the successful delivery of projects will require you to plan, coordinate and lead activities across the full delivery lifecycle. This will include working closely with the departments Project Managers, developers.
- This role offers challenges across a wide variety of projects and responsibilities, including the opportunity to influence the future direction of the department and systems used across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- You are responsible in analyzing, designing, developing, testing and deployment phases of .NET development projects/products.
- Lead team, do client interaction and support your team Technically/Functionally.
- Design and develop new features and/or maintain existing applications developed on ASP.NET MVC.
- Work in a team environment to develop, test and deploy software changes.
- Maintain high standards of coding & software quality within the team by establishing practices to meet the client expectations.
- As a Team Lead provide solutions to technical issues, and responsible for meeting development schedules and ensuring the delivered solution meets the technical specifications and design requirements.
- Effectively collaborating and communicating with the other Team leads & Team Members.
- Strong management skills to liaise with vendors, clients, admin and development teams.
- Train the members of project groups to ensure effective knowledge on project requirement and flow.
- Design Flow Charts and Documentation with pseudo code.
