We need of Project Manager - IT for Telecom MNC product client located at Ameerpet, Hyderabad
Main Purpose of the Role: Responsible for the successful implementation of Client products in customer environments within agreed scope, timelines, and budget.
Experience required:
* 10-13 years, including 2-3 years of Project Management experience in running a mid-sized ERP implementation team and working with international customers.
* Sound technical knowledge and hands-on experience in creating, maintaining, and troubleshooting source code in a complex codebase.
* Proficiency effort estimation techniques, project planning, execution, and people management besides MS-Office.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Create the project charter outlining scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, budget, and timelines. Prepare scope of work (SOW) and seek necessary approvals from customer and other stake holders.
- Prepare detailed work breakdown structures and an execution plan. Adopt internal delivery tools to execute and track the work until closure.
- Manage the cost, schedule and scope by overseeing project deliverables and make sure that they are in line with the plan. If not, revise them appropriately with the necessary approvals.
- Be responsible for people management. Set concise and clear expectations about project deliverables and guide the team using appropriate methods and best practices.
- Be responsible for the maintenance of knowledge base among the team members and guiding the team in enhancing technical capabilities and increase productivity etc.,
Educational qualifications required
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science is essential for this role. A Masters in Technology or Business Administration would be an added benefit.
* PMP certification is preferred.
