Experience: 3 â€" 13 yrs
What we need:
• 3-13 years in software development
• Design / Development experience in Java technical stack. (Core Java, spring/ Hibernate etc. Multithreading, Data Structures and SQL.
• Experience in Multi-threading server components
• Confident, self-driven, with proven track record of accelerated growth in previous organizations
• Hands on experience in designing application for high performance is must have.
• Strong design, coding and debugging skills is a must have.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft design patterns, development best practices, application blocks, tools Plan development tasks
• Credit Risk domain knowledge is preferred.
• Willingness to learn and understand the Fixed Income business
• Good oral & written communication skills
• Should be confident, self-driven with a lot of initiative, and should have the zeal and energy to quickly ramp-up on upcoming technologies.
