Job title: Senior Software Engineer or Technical Lead

Relevant Work Experience: 5 - 9 year
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
*Individual contributor for developing various features in the project
*Will have to write and maintain unit tests and integration tests for the code written
*Analysing and handling performance issues, customer issues, QA environment issues that affect the project.
*Should be able to conduct, lead and coordinate software development activities throughout the project, including key design decisions for the technology, structure and configuration of the system.
*Be willing to work at least 30% with US pacific overlapping time
Qualifications:
*Education - Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
*Technical Skills -
oMust-Have
Experience in designing and implementing solutions using: C#, VB.Net, ASP, Web Services, WCF, WSDL, SQL Server, IIS & SQL Service Broker.
Strong logical and analytical skills
Excellent problem solving and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
Proficient in design patterns and design principles.
Experience with test-driven development processes like Nunit .
Experience with AGILE development processes like Scrum, Sprints etc.
Experience with SOAP or REST service development and multi-threaded application strongly preferred.
Self-motivated and hard working with the ability to perform at a fast pace with minimal supervision.
Strong thought leadership skills in evaluating software solutions, following Microsoft's best practices in architectural design and applying design patterns.
Strong coaching skills. Ability to step outside role confines and help teach and enable other team members. Should be able to guide team on technical issues.
Demonstrated attention to detail and quality
Must be a team player and include others in technical/project decision making process
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in order to document and present architectural design and standards.
Design, architecture experience also as a prerequisite
oGood-to-Have (Added advantage)
Experience with Continuous Integration & Production deployment would be a plus.
Experience in working in cloud service development is a plus.
Previous experience developing SaaS production software is a plus.
Added advantage, strong in ASP.net, MVC & JavaScript.
Experience in working with third party tool like telerik is a plus.
oSoft Skills:

Solid OOPS concepts.
