JOB Description:
The individual will be responsible for working with a team of 10 to 20 developers to develop enterprise level applications. Delivering high quality code and working closely with team members and clients.
Responsibilities Include:
• Software delivery responsibility across all project phases
• Contribute to technical design, architecture and code reviews.
• Create and execute project plan to meet changing needs and requirements of customers.
• Make recommendations to management/client about schedules, prioritization, resources, risks and mitigations
• Apply best practices and industry trends to improve service to our clients
• Work collaboratively with engineering team and the customers to understand the requirements, design & implement best technical solutions
• Train and mentor the teams.
Minimum Requirements:
• At least 6 years of experience in development and design of web based applications built using .NET framework
• At least 2 years of experience in Project Management and People Management
• Strong technical expertise in ASP.NET, Web Services, C# or VB.NET and SQL
• Experience with HTML, XML, JavaScript and CSS
• Must be proficient in the full software development lifecycle.
• Ability to close multiple tasks and manage competing priorities
