Job Requirement :
Incedo is looking for incumbent to lead team towards the project deliveries, which shall include all the phases of the SDLC. The person should have high degree of ownership and shall be Individual Contributor for the overall delivery of the modules/functions assigned to him/her. The person is expected to demonstrate leadership skills, required to work with a team of engineers and senior engineers.
Skills Required : ASP.Net, MVC, Web Services, WCF, SQL Server and experience in Project Management.
Experience : 10 - 15 Years .
Good hands on experience in .Net and related Technologies, and experience as Team Lead or Project Manager.
• Managing the production of the required deliverables
• Planning and monitoring the project
• Involving in the Coding / Development area of the Project.
• Should be an Individual Contributor on development, and also manage a team.
• adopting any delegation and use of project assurance roles within agreed reporting structures
• preparing and maintaining project, stage and exception plans as required.
• Managing project risks, including the development of contingency plans
• Monitoring overall progress and use of resources, initiating corrective action where necessary
• Reporting through agreed lines on project progress through highlight reports and end-stage assessments
• Maintaining an awareness of potential interdependencies with other projects and their impact
• Adopting and applying appropriate technical and quality strategies and standards
• identifying and obtaining support and advice required for the management, planning and control of the project
• managing project administration
• conducting a project evaluation review to assess how well the project build and sustain effective communications with other roles involved in the project.
• Apply quality Management principles and processes
