Technical Manager JD:
• 10 years of experience in the service delivery projects using JAVA, J2EE, Spring MVC, Hibernate, SOA, Web services, JMS, XML, web services technologies
• Experience in ESB projects is an added advantage
• Technical expertise in any one of the Integration Platform.
• Must have hands-on experience and technical project management experience on Java/J2EE, Spring and Hibernate projects
• Should be able to convert business requirements into technical is must to have
• Must have knowledge and experience in code version mechanism using tools like Jenkins, TeamCity, GIT hub, SVN, Maven, etc.,
• Technical assistance and guidance to project team
• Expected to do or review technical architecture and technical design for projects
• Solution Development, Delivery and Managerial Skills
• Should have leadership skills
• Should be able to lead and manage team, closely working with the team in achieving the project goals
• Stakeholder and client management
• Should have knowledge on continuous integration and agile/scrum methodology
