Design, develop and implement software programs to meet business requirements.
Implement designs for maintainability, scalability and efficiency
Develop and implement programs, designs and codes
Interact with clients to translate their requirements and needs to a solution
Resolve and troubleshoot problems and complex issues of team members.
Perform unit tests and fix bugs.
Manage and mentor a medium size team of 10-12 developers as a tech lead
Contribute in pre-sales activities like estimation, reviewing requirements to provide solutions
Technical Competencies
ASP.NET, C#, Strong OOPS, Strong design skills , SQL Server
Has to interact with client, must be able to plan, track design/development items and provide technical support (provide technical solution, do design & code reviewes) to team and ensure timelie delivery with good quality side.
Must be in touch with the latest features of dotnet and has an idea where to use them.
Also knows / used open source components like JS library for HTML5 based app and multi lingual app development.
