CANDIDATE CRITERIA: - Candidates for Sr. .NET Developer role are to be DEVELOPERS only and NOT Team Leads.

At the very minimum, candidate must have exactly 54 months of experience after receiving bachelor's degree. Candidates must be prepared to get letters from past employers verifying experience.

TYPE OF ROLE: - Consulting

The candidate will be on the payroll of Experis, supporting the internal and external projects. He/She will be deployed at various client places with short notice as per project requirements. As a transient position you must be open to periodic relocation.

FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

 

The Sr. .NET Developer designs and develops software. The role will require the developer to understand the business needs, translate the functional requirements into a technical design specification, code the solution and unit test and document the results. The developer must have experience with mission critical large scale web applications. The position requires strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work closely with business analysts, system administrators and architects.

 

Prerequisites:-

·         4.5 - 6 years of hands on programming experience in .NET.

·         Possesses object oriented .NET skills with exposure and deep understanding of multiple Design Patterns such as (MVC MVVM, MVP).

·         Experience in designing applications frameworks or architectures.

·         Experience in full life-cycle software development including AGILE.

·         Strong analytical & troubleshooting skills.

·         Excellent communication skill.

 

Basic Requirements:-

·         Strong Core .NET and Object Oriented Programming knowledge, including knowledge of multiple design patterns (MVC,MVVM,MVP, SPA).

·         Experience with either Web Services, Web API or WCF.

·         Experience with Dependency Injection.

·         Experience with ASP.NET, C#, Web Forms using WPF(XAML) and HTML.

·         Experience with HTML/CSS/JavaScript like Bootstrap, AngularJS or KnockoutJS.

·         Experience with AJAX and OData.

·         Experience writing applications using jQuery.

·         Experience with UI debugging and profiling tools.

·         Experience cross browser compatibility.

·         Experience with MS SQL Server – including SQL programing.

·         Experience performance tuning web applications.

·         Experience using TFS or other source control and bug tracking systems in a team environment.

 

Preferred Qualifications:-

·         Experience in developing cross-platform code.

·         Experience developing mobile applications with Xamarin.

·         TDD – Test Driven Development.

·         BDD - Behavior Driven Development.

·         Familiarity with DevOps.

·         Experience with MS Cloud Services.

·         Experience with AZURE and services.

·         Experience with creating application architectures and/or frameworks.

·         Experience in application/database tuning.

·         Experience with other databases as well as SQL Server like Oracle or DB2.

INTERVIEW PROCESS:

·         Technical Screening :- There would be couple of Technical screening from Indian as well as from US. Indian screening will be telephonic. US will mandate Video Skype.

 

·         Talent Management (Fitment round) :- It will be Video Skype round either from India or US.

Candidate should be available for the Video Skype/ telephonic interview as per the panel's availability for all the rounds. Candidates shall be informed much in advance.

MOBILITY PROCESS

After the final selection the necessary Work Permit/Visa processing will take place. The candidate will be notified once his/her visa is approved. The candidate is expected to resign from his current employer only after direction from the International HR team.

All expenses related to candidate's work permit filing (excluding visa stamping) would be taken care by Experis. Candidate has to take care for their dependent's visa processing. However, we will help with documentation query. 

Passport Validity has to be 1+ years and above. 

Once Candidate is selected, Experis will send a Conditional Offer Letter ("Subject to Visa Approval" will be mentioned in that letter). 

BACKGROUND CHECK PROCESS: 

Background checks will be conducted for 7 years of employment, highest education, 10 years criminal and address. Candidates are required to furnish correct information along with documentation about their education, employment etc. The previous employment should be in organizations which are currently in operation.
