Roles & Responsibilities:
Position summary Collaborate closely with small, cross-functional teams of designers, developers, engineers, and stakeholders to build new features and applications Design and implement overall application development strategy Participate in the full development lifecycle, including estimation, development, and deployment Support other Developers through mentoring, code reviews, task distribution, and knowledge sharing Stay up to date on the latest development practices and strategies Research, evaluate, and implement tools and procedures that provide strategic improvements to our products and process Take direction, go beyond what is asked, and constantly challenge yourself Love what you do, as this position will require a strong sense of ownership. Confidence in your work is a must.
Duties & accountabilities
7+ years of professional development experience Strong skills in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Razor, Bootstrap, and jQuery Ability to develop full-scale applications with C# .NET, MVC, and Razor Experience with MV* frameworks such as AngularJS or React Familiarity with Restful APIs, Less, Sass, Gulp, GIT, SVN, and continuous integration tools Experience and comfort with techniques for building high performance applications Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a positive attitude
Demonstrated critical thinking, decision making, and problem solving skills Experience leading a team, delegating tasks, and reviewing colleagues' work Team player with strong analytical, problem solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills *Highly productive, and perpetually aware of the next thing to work on *Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
