Job Title: Technical Lead
Location: Gurgaon
Job Description:
*Must have 8+ years of experience with 3+ years of experience as Technical Lead
*Must Have Excellent Communication Skills.
*Good Experience in MVC 3.0 and above, .Net 4.0
*Must have good experience with requirement analysis, coding, design and development.
*Must have prior experience in handling multiple teams and projects.
*Responsible and interfacing with Client, Development, Architecture, QA teams to collect and execute the requirements.
*Should have Past experience and knowledge in Technical Architecture/Solutions of the applications
*Should be an avid communicator in interfacing and reporting to clients on a regular basis.
*Should have the ability to handle multiple client accounts.
*Should be a good people manager with an aggressive approach towards project management.
*Should be a great trouble shooter in providing direction to the team in challenging situations.
*Experience in dotREZ platform would be preferred.
*PMP or Prince2 Certified candidate would be preferred.
