Experience: 5 to 12 years
Title: Lead / Staff Software Engineer
Opportunity: As a Lead / Staff Software Engineer you will utilize your knowledge and experience to perform design, systems analysis, research, maintenance, troubleshooting and other programming activities.
You are great at:
* Detailed technical design of software components
* Produce high quality code according to design specifications.
* Utilize analytical skills to troubleshoot and fix code defects.
* Creative solutions or alternatives balancing risk, complexity, and effort to meet requirements.
* Participate in software design/code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to company standards.
* Collaborate with team and project stakeholder to meet team's goal.
Position Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
* 5+ years of enterprise product development experience
* Good knowledge on Algorithm design and analysis, including knowledge of data structures and design patterns
* Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, MVC paradigm, and loosely-coupled design
* Writing high performance, reusable code modules
* Expert in Core Java, J2EE, XML, Web services
* Knowledge of JavaScript web frameworks (jQuery, AngularJS, BackboneJS, EmberJS, etc.)
* Firm grasp of lexical scoping, closures, and OO JavaScript.
* Experience developing responsive web applications that works across different devices
* Web service technologies (REST or SOAP)
* Good communications skills
