Role: Sr. Dot Net Developer / Lead
Work Location: Bangalore
Experience: 7+ years
Key Activities:
• Build web application forms, reports, and layout set as per customer requirements
• Develop enhancements to application programs and reports following agreed application development standards and quality assurance regulations
• Design and manage customers' intranets
• Implement, support, and manage secured applications
• Attend, troubleshoot, and resolve assigned help desk calls and log associated activities in the help desk system
• Implement preset operational standards and procedures
• Maintain documentation for hardware/software development and configuration, and system manuals
• Develop detailed user training manuals
Build up a knowledge base for the section
Skills Required:
[Mandatory Skills]
• Must have Practical experience in C#, ASP.NET, MVC 5, SQL Server 2008/2012, Entity Framework, Net Framework, AJAX, Java Script, HTML5, XML, XSLT, SSRS, SSIS, SSAS
• Must to have Comprehensive knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Requirements Analysis, Object Oriented Programming (OOP), Information Systems and software design and patterns
• Must have Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a dynamic work environment.
• Problem solving skills to assess design alternatives and perform tradeoffs to determine designs or functionality that best meet customer needs.
[Preferred Skills]
• Nice to have Knowledge of parallel processing, distributed and grid computing, Service-Oriented Architectures (SOA) and Web Services
• Applications integrations and messages control between systems
• Graphics skills and website designing using Photoshop, Bootstrap, Flash animations, 3D design, etc.
• Mobile Applications development on IOS, Andoriod, or Xamarin.
Salary: Not a constraint for best talents

Very good communication skills (written and oral) is must
