Job Duties
• Lead the solution architecture and design for product development.
• Lead the product development team by providing leadership and taking ownership of product solution.
• Working closely with Product management team to understand the business & non-functional requirements and provide appropriate functional & technical solution.
Mandatory Skills
• Lead development of solution architecture and design across a set of applications or application/product family within an enterprise.
• Experience in P&C insurance domain is must.
• Working experience in product development environment.
• Should be familiar with multiple databases (preferred Oracle, SQL Server).
• Should be familiar with Java based solutions, business rules management and workflow management.
Desired Skills
• Experience of Distribution Management or Channel Management in Insurance domain
• Should be familiar with various enterprise products and user requirements in similar industry.
• Provide a strategic solution perspective to product implementation project/engagement.
• Should have strong technical, functional and process knowledge.
