Job Description:
5+ years of project management experience delivering software development
* 2+ years' experience managing projects for software products and web applications
* Minimum 1 year experience as a Scrum Master
* Should have experience in managing Fixed bid projects and Managed outcome projects.
* Experience with Agile Development, Scrum Project Management, Lean Principles, Test Driven Development
* Thorough understanding of enterprise software development processes and lifecycle; ability to adjust and apply this knowledge in a dynamic environment using Agile development .
* Should have strong technical background in order to provide technical guidance to the team in critical situations.
* Outstanding organizational, communication, interpersonal, relationship building skills conducive to team development; able to work well in a cross-functional, matrix management environment
* Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
* Ability to adapt, to be flexible, and to learn quickly in a dynamic environment
* Proven track record of building motivated, collaborative, and productive development teams
* Ability to quickly establish credibility and rapport with technical team members
* Excellent organizational skills including ability to prioritize tasks efficiently with high level of attention to detail
* Ability to work under tight deadlines while coordinating several projects at a time and responding to changing business scenarios.
